Hi my name is Ceri and I’m a business management and operations consultant.  I have over 16 years’ experience working in retail and service sectors.

I found through my own business journey that starting a business is easy, yet building a business is not.  You start out revenue focused, as an expert in your field, but soon realise there are many other areas that need your time and this is often where the business stalls.
